Angelo Lombardi - President

Angelo joined Sentia Wellness with more than 27 years in the hospitality industry, notably holding a previous role as Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at La Quinta Inns and Suites for ten years. As Sentia’s President, Angelo optimizes and develops processes to support its mission to be the leading global provider of CBD, ensuring a continued legacy in the consumer goods. In his prior role at La Quinta Inns and Suites, he oversaw 402 hotels across the United States, including training and procedures for over 6,000 employees. An expert in operations, Angelo knows the intricacies of systems and processes. He is skilled in running and growing large, multi-national, publicly traded companies.

Amy McClintick - Chief Operating Officer, Licensed Brands Division

Amy McClintick is a founding member of Sentia Wellness’ Senior leadership team. With the brand since day #1, she leads Sentia’s strategic development and the launch of the Customer Experience team. She has mapped and built Sentia’s Licensed Brands Division and has been a central figure in bringing CBD into profitable, new consumer spaces through alignment with trusted, recognized brand partners.


Before coming to Sentia, Amy was the Chief Operating Officer for Cura CS LLC, leading operations, compliance, and workplace management. Amy helped to ignite record sales growth, providing critical operational guidance as Cura became one of the worldwide leaders in the cannabis industry. Amy transitioned into the role of Chief Expansion Officer, opening new doors domestically & internationally; pivotal measures in the new expansion of the cannabis industry in the US and abroad.


A results-driven leader, Amy specializes in fast-track growth operations in emerging markets. She is a hands-on, culturally responsive organizational leader, having steered small teams through early-stage entrepreneurship, driving revenue for multi-billion-dollar companies.


Her business operations acumen began with a 15-year holistic medicine practice and includes cannabis, tech sales, and food & beverage distribution industries. Amy graduated from the University of Idaho with degrees in Marketing and Political Science. She is a native of Idaho but has made Portland her home in 2005.

Remco Brok - Chief Revenue Officer

Remco joined Sentia Wellness in the newly created role as Chief Revenue Officer where he will lead global business development, customer marketing, direct to consumer and the sales functions. He joined in September 2019 and brings a deep global CPG understanding, having spent 28-years across five continents at the Coca-Cola Company, where he recently served as Vice President, Global Customer Development. In this role he led the development of the global customer vision & strategy, and was a driving force in challenging, aligning and inspiring the Coca-Cola System to accelerate transformational growth with international customers, helping create the first Global Customer Governance Board. He also served as Vice President, Customer & Commercial Leadership responsible for helping set the customer & commercial strategy across Latin America.


Prior to this, Remco led the Coca-Cola/Restaurant Brands International partnership across Latin America, Canada and spearheaded the European launch of the Coca-Cola Freestyle platform in partnership with Burger King. Earlier in his career he redesigned the customer organization in Brazil to lead the top 40+ retail, foodservice & hospitality partners based in Rio de Janeiro. He also spent six years leading the 7-Eleven partnership and the (re)launch of the fountain (Gulp) and frozen (Slurpee) beverage categories in Asia & the Pacific based in Bangkok. He started his career in North America where he held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in the Foodservice & Hospitality organization. He is also an active member of the Latin America NACS Board and the Global Supply Chain Summit.


He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a Dutch national, speaks six languages and has lived in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, South Africa, Germany, Brazil, Thailand and the US. He, his wife, and their two children, are avid travelers and look forward to relocating to Portland, Oregon.

David Thompson - Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

As Sentia Wellness’ Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, David leads Sentia’s legal, compliance, real estate, and people and culture teams.  David is focused on keeping Sentia compliant as the brand expands into new states and countries.


Prior to joining Sentia, David was Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Cura Partners Inc., leading the sale of Cura Partners for over one billion dollars in May 2019.  Previously, he served as the Chief Operations Officer and General Counsel for the Portland Business Alliance and served as a labor and employment lawyer at Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson.


Actively involved in the community, David serves on the Portland Business Alliance Board of Directors and is chair of the Morrison Child and Family Services foundation board. He has served on the Santa Clara University board of regents, the City Club of Portland board of governors, the Portland Parks Foundation board, the Jesuit Volunteer Corps board of directors, and the Portland/Vancouver Connector Project. He also supports a number of other nonprofits including Black Parent Initiative, Jesuit High School and St. Francis of Assisi Dining Hall.


David received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.


When not at work, David enjoys time with his friends and family, listening to music, traveling, participating in triathlons, dancing, and baking.

James Jeynes - Senior Vice President, Marketing

For over 20 years, James has been creating the businesses and brands of the future. Before coming to Sentia Wellness, he spent 10 years at Accenture running Strategy Practice. He is a Nike alum, having spent 10 years as the Global Brand Director for NikeiD, the Head of Strategy for Nike Digital Sport & the COO of Nike Football. James has been a crucial member in launching Sentia’s flagship brand, Social. James has an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from INSEAD. In his spare time, he likes to travel & play golf with his wife, Emma, and their two daughters.

Executive Team

Colin Gallison - SVP of Operations

Born and raised outside of Boston, Colin has been in Portland for 10+ years after coming to the Rose City to get his MBA at Portland State University, where he acted as an adjunct professor, teaching entrepreneurship after his graduation. Prior to joining Sentia, Colin worked extensively in Finance, Agriculture and Consumer Packaged Goods. In his free time, Colin enjoys playing hockey, snowboarding, sailing and rooting for all things Boston sports-related. Most weekends he and his wife Leslie, young son Liam and dog Sammie, can be found hiking and backpacking the amazing outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.

Sam Knapp - Senior Vice President, Finance

Sam is a Certified Public Accountant and comes to Sentia Wellness having previously held senior management positions at international manufacturing companies that boast over $1 billion in revenue. Before his mergers and acquisitions accomplishments, Sam was head of Transaction Advisory Services for Almich & Associates, where he was in charge of structuring private equity & venture capital deals. 


In his free time, you can find him surfing, on the slopes, or on the back nine.

Joani Wardwell - Chief Communications Officer

Joanie has spent the last 20 years as a global marketing and communications executive engaging global audiences and building market share with some of the worlds key brands including Nike, Coca-Cola, Starbucks and Proctor & Gamble. She has led the global marketing and public relations strategies for high-profile CPG and lifestyle brands from the Super Bowl, Olympics and the Cannes International Advertising Festival.


Prior to joining Sentia Wellness in 2019, Wardwell served for 9 years as the global communications director of Wieden+Kennedy and 8 years at Nike Inc. Early in her career, Joanie worked as the media director for the Commission on Presidential Debates during each Presidential election cycle from 1992-2012 and also served in the Clinton White House Press office.


When not spreading the good word on the benefits of CBD, Wardwell can be found campaigning for Democratic Candidates throughout the country, serving on the board of directors of Vote ERA and running her own international charity, supporting orphanages in war torn countries.  Her true support and strength come from her family, her husband Michael and their two boys, Nicholas and Jacob.

Ted Schweitzer - Senior Vice President, Digital and Direct Consumer Marketing

Ted joined Sentia Wellness as Senior Vice President, Digital and Direct-to-Consumer Marketing in October 2019.  He oversees the digital consumer websites and performance marketing for brands such as Social CBD and more.  Before joining Sentia Wellness, he founded a media buying and consulting firm specializing in performance media in the hospitality industry.


Prior to founding Direct Booking IQ, Ted served as Senior Vice President, Digital Commerce & Media at La Quinta Holdings, Inc. In this role, he oversaw all product direction including mobile, apps and desktop sites, distribution and media. During his time at La Quinta, the company grew from 350 hotels and $20MM in digital revenue to over 900 hotels and $1.5 billion annually in digitally booked revenue.  Previously, he was Director of Channel Distribution at Choice Hotels International. 


Early in his career, Ted served in multiple management positions of several hotels, beginning his career in hospitality as a bellman while in high school.  Ted splits his time between Dallas and Portland. He enjoys extensive travel with his husband, experiencing new cultures and being Social of course!

Wendi Martin - Vice President, People and Culture

With over 25 years in organizational effectiveness and people operations, Wendi has served as a trusted advisor and organizational visionary to a variety of organizations experiencing significant changes, such as start-ups, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions on both a domestic and global scale. 


Prior to joining Sentia Wellness, Wendi was the Chief Human Resource Officer for manufacturing start-up Brevitas Foods, whose operations were acquired and are now part of the Sentia Wellness family.  Wendi has also served as North America Director of Human Resources with Moventas (Jyvaskyla, FI), Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development with CODA (Portland, OR), Professional Consultant (Global) with HR Answers, and in a progression of roles in human resources and organizational development with a specialty manufacturing company formerly known as Synetics Solutions, since acquired by Celestica, CLS (NYSE). 


Wendi is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and specialized certificates in Industrial/Organization Psychology, Social Psychology, and Marketing. Wendi is also certified as a Global Professional of Human Resources through HRCI, and as a Senior Certified Professional of Human Resources through SHRM. She is active in a variety of local professional organizations and mentorship programs, having served on Board of Directors for the Portland HR Management Association for over 8 years, building a peer-based educational network for Global HR professionals and developing an award winning mentorship program- founded in the belief that the talents and efforts of an organization’s people are its most powerful resources. Wendi’s work focuses on attracting top talent and creating connections between people, process, and technology to accelerate performance and build organizational value.  


Wendi and her husband, Neal, are long-time residents of Portland, Oregon and enjoy traveling the globe with family and friends.  

Mike Livermore - Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development

Mike Livermore joined Sentia Wellness as Senior VP of Sales and Business Development in August.  Mike, an Oregon Native, brings over 20 years of sales leadership in the CPG industry, working for companies like Starbucks, Tazo, Kroger, The Hain Celestial Group, Bounce Lifestyle, Pumpkin Tree Organics, Made in Nature and many more.  Mike brings a high-energy and strategic approach to the Sentia Wellness leadership team and company culture.  In addition, Mike brings a team-oriented style of structure, mentorship and strategy towards team oriented superlative results.  “Our sales organization will be a high-performing team that delivers game-changing results to Sentia Wellness and I am committed to make this happen,” said Mike. 


Along with wife Sheryl and three children, Mike resides in Southwest Portland in the Tualatin area.  He is a graduate of Portland State University and recently received his MBA from The University of Oregon Executive MBA program.  Mike enjoys time with family and friends along with landscaping, running and golf.
